As the Head of Product, you will lead the development and execution of Intract's product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Intract's product strategy for Web3, including identifying new product opportunities and defining product roadmaps.

- Work closely with our engineering, design, and growth teams to design and build Web3 products

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive gaps, and market opportunities.

- Define product requirements and write clear, concise product specifications.

- Work closely with our engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of products on time and within budget.

- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining KPIs and metrics to measure product success. - Collaborate with our growth team to develop go-to-market strategies and drive user adoption.

- Monitor and analyse product usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimise user experience. Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain space.

- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 products.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand product requirements.

- Experience working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

- Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitive gaps, and market opportunities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.

- Experience working with design teams to create visually appealing and easy-to-use products.
